About our site
This website was originally created just after Molly and Lindsay both successfully auditioned, alongside over 600 girls from all across North America, for two of the seven principal orphan roles offered in the Original Cast of the 30th Anniversary National Tour of Annie in May of 2005. The site was initially given to the girls as a gift from their home dance studio at that time, Motion Express in St. Louis, mainly for the reason of helping them to be able to keep in touch with their friends, family & fans, and so that people may be able to follow the Ryans in their journeys, performing in Annie in theatres across the country.
Molly, Lindsay and Kaleigh have gone on to be cast as principals in a variety of stage, film, television and recording projects in New York, St. Louis and Los Angeles, including a run on Broadway for Molly in the Original Broadway Cast of Dr. Seuss' How th Grinch Stole Christmas at The Hilton Theatre in Times Square. Molly and Lindsay also went on to record their roles as "Duffy" and "Molly" for the 30th Anniversary Annie Dual CD Released by Time-Life Records in 2008, excerpts from which can be heard by clicking here!
"The Ryan Girls" feel truly blessed to have been able to connect with a large number of wonderful people since the inception of the tour, and with their other endeavors in theatre, film, recordings, dance, acrobatics, luge, school and church. They are grateful for the opportunity to keep in touch with their family, friends and supporters from around the country through this website.
